The Black Dahlia Murder announce new album 'Nightbringers'

The wait is finally over for fans of The Black Dahlia Murder! After months of teasing online, the band unveiled details on their new studio album. Revealed through a video interview on Tuesday, the album will be titled Nightbringers, and it will be released on Oct. 6 via Metal Blade Records. More information on the release will be revealed in the near future. This will be the follow up to their 2015 studio album Abysmal, which peaked at number eight on the Hard Rock Albums chart.

Before the record comes out, The Black Dahlia Murder have a tour on their hands. Starting tonight in Reading, Pennsylvania, the band will headline the 2017 installment of the Summer Slaughter Tour. For this trek, the outfit will celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their third studio album Nocturnal by performing it in its entirety. Other bands set to rock the Summer Slaughter Tour are Dying Fetus, The Faceless, Oceano, Slaughter To Prevail, Origin, Rings Of Saturn, Betraying The Martyrs, and Lorna Shore.

The trek will make its way to venues such as Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey on July 28, the Grove of Anaheim in Anaheim, California on Aug. 11, and The Novo in Los Angeles, California on Aug. 12.
