The Black Lips and Iceage are heading out on tour across North America together this fall, with a run of 20 new shows announced on Tuesday afternoon. The month-long tour is scheduled to begin with just The Black Lips on Halloween (Oct. 31) in St. Louis and continues throughout the bulk of November before coming to a close with a pair of concerts at Atlanta’s The Earl on Nov. 23-24. Iceage will officially join the tour starting on Nov. 5 in Vancouver, where they'll remain as co-headliners throughout the rest of the run. They’ll also be joined throughout the tour by Surfbort.

The two punk rock bands will play to a handful of mostly major U.S. and Canadian cities throughout the fall trek. Notable stops on the upcoming tour include shows at Denver’s Bluebird Theater, Seattle’s The Showbox, San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall and Saturn in Birmingham, Alabama, just to name a few. According to the announcement on The Black Lips’ Facebook page, the co-headlining run will feature both bands swapping out closing sets each night, so fans will want to get to the venue early to catch either band as they take the stage at different times each night.

The Black Lips spent much of their winter and early spring months on tour across the country with Texas psych-rock band The Black Angels. The band is also set to make a stop at the newly-renovated Asbury Lanes later this summer on July 26. Iceage, who hail all the way from Denmark, just celebrated the release of their fourth full-length studio album last month with Beyondless, which arrived back on May 4 via Matador Records.

Tickets for select shows on the fall tour will be going on sale to the public starting this Friday (June 22) at 10 a.m. local time and can be purchased by clicking here.
