The Dear Hunter has a very special string of dates in store for fans this fall. The Providence-based prog-rockers will perform a series of two-night stands in November, which they have dubbed FOSSIO ET SATIO.
The tour launches with a two-night stand in Seattle and includes shows in Denver (Tickets), Sommerville (Tickets) and Cambridge (Tickets), before wrapping up in Los Angeles at the end of the month. Select presales are available for purchase now with tickets going on sale to the general public beginning on Friday, Aug. 16.
In each city, founding member Casey Crescenzoe and company will perform two unique shows. The first night will feature an intimate and interactive performance, which will be recorded for a future live release. The second night will have the band playing songs from across its career with the help of "a few close friends."
The Dear Hunter dropped the big news on August 9 via Twitter and noted that the November shows will be the band's only tour dates of 2019.
