The Milk Carton Kids announce fall headlining tour in support of new album

The Milk Carton Kids has a new album coming out that no one, especially those into folk music, should not ignore.

All The Things That I Did And All The Things I Didn’t Do (try saying that three times fast) will be released this summer, and it is billed by many as building on the coming out party the Milk Carton Kids had on their previous LP, Monterey.

Monterey was a succulent slice of Americana folk music. Rolling Stone praised the LP, calling it a “beautifully realized folk recording,” and it was definitely that. In a music world where hip-hop, pop, and Latin music is getting all of the press, artists in the folk arena are quietly putting out top-notch records, and the Milk Carton Kids have been releasing quality product since they formed in 2011.

There quality recording has earned the Milk Carton Kids appearances on such influential programs as NPR’s “Mountain Stage,” and their tours have always been a rousing success. Their latest tour, which will begin in mid-October in Asheville and end in early November in Berkeley, will support their latest masterpiece; and for those looking to see the Milk Carton Kids in person, here’s their entire tour itinerary and ticket information.
