Post-hardcore punk rockers, Thursday, have announced that they have four shows that they will play before 2017 comes to a close. These shows include tour stops in Baltimore, Huntington, Worchester and Sayreville. Thursday said that they are going for nostalgia and will invite some of their friends along in these four shows.

According to Thursday, they will have Frank Iero and the Patience join them for three of the shows. The only one that Iero will not take part in is the Baltimore stop at the Rams Head Live!  Pup will also open for the band at all four of these shows. According to the band on their Facebook page, they have been friends with Iero since they drafted him to join My Chemical Romance and they have been blown away by Pup since they played at the Northside Festival together.

While Thursday said that they are mixing nostalgia with new discovery for fans, Thursday said that they will not go down the destructive road of just playing to the nostalgia crowds. Instead, they want to take a chance in these four shows to try something new that they have never done before, including mixing up their set lists and playing songs that their fans might not be used to hearing live.

This is also one of the rare chances that fans in the United States will have to see Thursday. The band announced that they will not hit the road again in the future unless there is new music that will add a dimension to the band. Tickets went on sale on Aug. 11.
