Tribal Seeds, Stick Figure, Original Wailers and more to play San Diego's first Boomshaka Music Festival

Since turning the world onto reggae music over 40 years ago, the legacy of Bob Marley is alive and well in thousands of reggae acts and artists across the globe. Now, to celebrate the spirit of reggae music comes the inaugural Boomshaka Music Festival to take place during Bob Marley’s birthday month. 

Featuring some of reggae’s biggest acts including co-headliners Tribal Seeds and Stick Figure as well as members of Bob Marley’s former band The Original Wailers and more, Boomshaka will come to San Diego’s Valley View Casino Center on Feb. 19, 2018. According to a statement, those attending the festival will experience a “village-feel” as they stroll the concourse at the Valley View Casino Center. The concourse will offer handcrafted, one-of-a-kind artisan crafts as well as craft beers, cocktails and local dining options from Rockin’ Baja Lobster, Pizza Port and more.
