‘Trivial Takedown,’ ‘Social Fabric’ and ‘Hot Ones’ are all coming to Fuse this week

In one of the most entertaining half-hours on television, Fuse is bringing you the all-new, “Trivial Takedown.” Making its debut on Nov. 7, the comedy game show pits celebrities in a knock-down, drag-out battle of the wits. Filled with pop culture questions, music trivia and more laughs than a night at the Improv, the new program (which is similar to the UK's 'Blink') kicks off with two back-to-back episodes on Tuesday, starting at 11 p.m.

Today’s most popular comedians, musicians and social media celebs will join in the fun, as will your off-screen host, the very funny Matt Richards. Richards, a veteran comic and familiar face from AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” tests the guests on their pop culture knowledge while adding some of his own observational humor to what’s being called “the fastest quiz show on the planet.”

During a recent set visit, the comedian told AXS his favorite part of doing the show is that the contestants have no idea who he is when they’re filming. “I am the voice of The Lord,” he laughed. “So, I kind of mess with them a little bit. Then they find out. And they either want to be my friend or they tell me to [buzz] off.”

As the show’s omnipresent MC, you can expect the former ghost hunter from New York to bring a lot of surprising shenanigans to the mix. “Trivial Takedown” makes its premiere on Nov. 7, at 11 p.m. with YouTube sensation GloZell battling it out against comedian Chico Bean, followed by Romeo Miller as he goes head-to-head to with hip-hop artist Lizzo. Watch to find out who rules as the pop culture trivia champion.

Other special guests in upcoming episodes include Kingsley and Ayo & Teo, Carly Aguilino, Sevyn Streeter, Kid Ink and more.

Tuesday night begins with the Season 6 finale of “Big Freedia Bounces Back” at 10 p.m. “Trivial Takedown” at 11 p.m. Then watch two back-to-back episodes of the brand-new show, “Social Fabric.” You can catch the premiere at midnight with designer Kyle Ng as he meets up with Mayer Hawthorne to take a deeper look at culture and style.

This is a big week for Fuse, as they’ve recently partnered with Complex, to bring you something entirely new. The premiere of Complex x Fuse will air on Friday, Nov. 10, and will feature some exciting original content. Starting at 11 p.m. ET/PT, this 90-minute block of programming is giving viewers an exclusive look at more than 20 digital shows, including some of the best signature series around.

The weekly block will bring you everything from Bob Saget eating spicy wings on “Hot Ones,” to Usain Bolt discussing how he would design his own line of sneakers on “Sneaker Shopping.” You can expect appearances from DJ Khaled, Waka Flocka, Desiigner, Mario Batali, Jarvis Landry and more.

Tune in to Fuse, FM, Fuse.tv and the Fuse TV app to check out the multiplatform premiere on Friday, Nov. 10. “Trivial Takedown” airs tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 11p.m. ET/PT.
