On Aug. 30, hip-hop superstar Tyga announced on Twitter that he plans to tour the United States in support of his recently released fifth studio album B---hImTheShit this fall. The “Rack City” hit maker will be playing shows at venues in Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Detroit, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Boston and Los Angeles’ own The Novo.
To make the B---hImTheShit tour even more appealing to rap fans, Tyga is bringing some very special friends with him as he journeys across America. Los Angeles-based rising star RJ will be opening for Tyga, along with Chicago-hailing MC Chief Keef.
Although he has only been in the music industry for 10 years, the rapper born Michael Ray Stevenson has achieved incredible success. His first record, 2008’s No Introduction, sold more than 100,000 copies in the US despite receiving little the way of mainstream coverage. His 2012 follow-up, Careless World: Rise of the Last King, was one of the best-selling rap albums of the year. Since then, every LP Tyga has released since has debuted in in the top 10 of billboards US Rap Albums Chart.
