Warrant defined the glam metal days of ‘80s rock.
Formed in 1984 in Hollywood, Warrant certainly was no kiddie act. After spending the first few years playing the L.A. club circuit and building their fanbase, Warrant would release their first album in 1989, the spectacular Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich. That LP would hit the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 and go two-times Platinum, proving to the metal world that they had indeed arrived.
For the next three years, these reockers would have hit album after hit album, but by 1995, the hits seemed to dry up. Nevertheless, it didn’t stop the band from releasing albums. They maintained a huge fanbase, and even to this day, Warrant can rock with the best of them. Their latest album was 2017’s Louder Harder Faster, which finds the band still at the peak of their commercial powers.
The band is also still out on the road, bringing their wild and crazy style to cities all over, finding a huge contingent of Warrant fans who have either grown up with the band or have been introduced to their work thanks to other metal bands. Starting in November, Warrant will be back on the road, and here’s the complete tour itinerary and ticket information.
