Sonny and Cher were an iconic couple of the 1960s, but dare we say that Gap may have just created the pairing of...the future? Being the icon that she is, Cher is involved in this one too. Gap recently enlisted the help of Cher and Future for their “Meet Me In The Gap” denim campaign. The video clip features the duo singing (well, mostly Cher singing) the Sly and the Family Stone 1969 classic “Everyday People.” You can check it out above.
As Harper’s Bazaar reported, the new ad is the latest in Gap’s campaign to bring “diverse and culturally dynamic talents together to create inspiring works of art.” Besides modeling, both Future and Cher have been busy in the music world. Future is currently on tour in Europe supporting his two 2017 releases, FUTURE and HNDRXX. Cher is in the midst of her “Classic Cher” residency, which has seen multiple runs in Las Vegas and Washington D.C.
