Chart topping hip-hop group Migos recently stopped into “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to perform their single “Bad and Boujee." The track is the lead single from their latest album Culture and both the album and single have spent time at number one. The guys made quite an impression on Ellen and she later posted a photo with the three of them and copious stacks of what looks like cash (Ellen hilariously has a few “Hamiltons” in her hands) with a caption that reads “Migos are my new three amigos.” You can check out the performance and IG post below.
As Pitchfork pointed out, this isn’t the first time Offset, Quavo and Takeoff have helped Ellen out. Recently the Georgia rappers appeared in a video alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda (speaking of “Hamiltons”), Big Sean, Ice Cube, and Ty Dolla $ign. Ellen made the video with teacher Michael Bonner and his second grade class about how important reading is. It’s pretty neat. You can check it out below as well.
