Classic rock fans everywhere are going to want to tune into AXS TV’s exciting programming lineup for the week of April 8-14. Coverage kicks off on Sunday with the highly-anticipated season three premiere of “Rock & Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar” at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, followed by the series premiere of the dynamic new reality series “Real Money” starring rock legend Eddie Money at 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT. Season 3 Premiere “Rock & Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar” – 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT

The Red Rocker is back on the road for more candid conversations and spontaneous jams as season three of AXS TV’s engaging profile series “Rock & Roll Road Trip with Sammy Hagar” kicks off its third season. In the season premiere installment, Hagar heads to the renowned Fillmore Theatre in San Francisco, California to perform his annual Acoustic-4-A-Cure charity concert. He’ll chat with his pals Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters and later hit the stage to churn out some hits with Grohl, Mick Fleetwood, and Vic Johnson.

Series Premiere “Real Money” starring Eddie Money – 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT/

Eddie Money gets things “Shakin’” in true rock star form as AXS TV launches its new reality series “Real Money.” The show follows the often hectic and hilarious everyday lives of the multi-platinum rocker, his wife of over 30 years, Laurie, their five kids, Zach, Joe, Jesse, Dez, and Julian and their large brood of eight pets. Money’s dry humor, Laurie’s tight shipping-running sensibilities and the Money kids’ antics both off and on stage give viewers a fun and unique perspective on what it’s like to lead life in a rock-driven family.

Concert Premiere – “Metallica: Francai Pour Une Nuit” – 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT

Heavy metal masters Metallica hit the stage at the landmark Arena of Nimes in France in an explosive concert set that includes hits like “Enter Sandman,” “Master of Puppets,” “Stone Cold Crazy” and more. The 2009 concert special hails from the band’s World Magnetic Tour and finds members James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo riding into the coliseum through the gladiator tunnel. Viewers will also see interviews, exclusive backstage footage and more.


“The Big Interview with Dan Rather” – Billy Ray Cyrus – 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT

Chart-topping country superstar Billy Ray Cyrus sits down with award-winning newsman Dan Rather for an all-new installment of AXS TV’s original series “The Big Interview.” Cyrus opens up to Rather about his prolific music and acting career, which spans almost three decades. They’ll talk about hitting highs and lows, from living at one time in his car, to performing at the Grammys. He’ll also discuss watching his daughters Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus, forge their own careers.

“Docs That Rock” – “Les Paul: Chasing Sound” – 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT

Guitar guru and architect of rock ‘n’ roll Les Paul traces his own rise to fame from his humble beginnings in his hometown of Waukesha, to Chicago, Nashville, Hollywood, and the National Inventors Hall of Fame. This riveting rock doc captures his storied life and boasts a huge lineup of hits and interviews with B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt, Jeff Beck, and much more.
