UK glam rock band The Struts team up with Kesha for a newly revamped version of their single "Body Talks." The band also released a music video for the song, which features frontman Luke Spiller dancing around a red backdrop with a cane. Meanwhile, Kesha sits on a gold throne and shouts through a megaphone. The two also utilize several props, including bananas, pyramids, roosters, skulls, and lollipops. Watch the video above.
Kesha is a longtime fan of the band and spoke about the collaboration in a press statement saying “They are one of my favorite current bands keeping the spirit of classic rock and roll alive with their wild energy and sexy style. It’s a song about my favorite activity: boogieing.”
"Body Talks" and the recently released "Primadonna like Me" are taken from The Struts' highly anticipated sophomore album. The follow up to 2014's Everybody Wants doesn't have a title or release date so far. Last year, they released the single "One Night Only" and dedicated it to their loyal fans.
Though the band recently wrapped up a tour supporting Foo Fighters, they'll launch their Body Talks tour Sept. 21 in Detroit, Michigan. The tour wraps up Nov. 9 in San Francisco, California. Check out all the dates here.
