TV One has set the premiere date for "We're the Campbells," the reality show starring Mary Mary's Erica Campbell, her husband Warryn and their three children, Krista, Warryn and Zaya. The nine-episode series will begin airing at 8 p.m. ET/PT on June 19, 2018. TV One will also feature Eric and Warryn Campbell Sr. in the network's ongoing online series "#BlackLove" and a digital-exclusive after-show "...With Warryn & Erica."
This is the second reality show for Erica Campbell. She and her sister Tina (the other member of the Grammy-winning gospel duo Mary Mary) starred in the "Mary Mary" reality show, which aired on WEtv from 2012 to 2017. "Mary Mary" also featured the Campbell sisters' spouses, their children and members of their extended families. According to a TV One announcement, "We're the Campbells" will include appearances from Thomasina "Miss Honey" Atkins and Sandra "Momma" Campbell, who are, respectively, the mothers of Erica and Warryn.
As a musical duo, Mary Mary is on hiatus while Erica and Tina Campbell pursue solo projects. However, Mary Mary reunited to perform a medley of the duo's songs at the 2018 Stellar Awards.
In 2015, Erica and Warryn Campbell (who is an ordained pastor) founded the California Worship Center in West Hollywood, California. The spouses are executive producers of "We're the Campbells," along with executive producers Tara Long, Mark Herwick and Kim McCoy. Erica Campbell is also the host of the popular nationally syndicated radio program "Get Up! Mornings with Erica Campbell" on Reach Media. She divides her time between Los Angeles and Dallas. "Meet the Campbells" will document how she juggles her busy work schedule with her home life.
