Indie pop artists Wet and Kilo Kish are headed out on tour together early next year. The two New York-based acts announced their North American co-headlining tour on Wednesday evening, which is scheduled to begin early next year on Feb. 24 in Atlanta, and wraps a little over a month later with a performance in Tempe, Arizona on March 30. The two acts will be joined throughout the tour on select dates by Helena Deland, as referenced in the schedule below.
The 26-date North American winter tour will take Wet and Kish to a mix of mid-sized venues and theaters across the U.S. and Canada. They’ll be hitting most major cities, with notable exceptions like Carrboro, North Carolina; Asbury, New Jersey; and Lawrence, Kansas, just to name a few. Some of the more notable venues on the month-long trek include scheduled stops at Philadelphia’s Underground Arts, New York City’s Brooklyn Steel and San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom.
Both West and Kilo Kish returned with new albums in 2018. Wet released their highly anticipated sophomore studio album with Still Run, which featured another mix of wonderful, emotion-driven singles, including “There’s A Reason,” and “Softness.” The indie-rock group even spent much of their fall on tour across Europe with Florence + The Machine during the band’s international leg of their 2018 High As Hope World Tour.
Kilo Kish also released her own new collection of songs earlier this year in the form of a six-track EP titled Mothe. This came after a big 2017 that saw Kish making numerous guest vocal appearances on Vince Staples’ studio album, Big Fish Theory. She would also join on as support to Staples’ 2017 Life Aquatic Tour throughout the spring.
Tickets for select shows on the tour will begin general on-sale this Friday, Dec. 7, at 10 a.m. local time, and can be purchased by clicking here.
