Birmingham will be washed with red, white, and blue for the 4th of July.

Not only on the ground but in the air, as well as the city, will have a plethora of fireworks shows that will be a treat to all those in attendance. If you’re looking for one that you will never forget, make sure you attend one of these five events:

Chelsea City Fest & Big Kaboom

The City of Chelsea will be washed in a sea of patriotic pride during the 4th of July weekend. The Chelsea City Fest & big Kaboom will be a celebration of civic pride, and the Big Kaboom will provide fireworks show that will be mesmerizing.

Helena Fourth of July Celebration

As part of their “First Friday” celebration, the town of Helena will put on a grand 4th of July celebration in Old Town Helena. The Fourth of July Celebration will have merchants and food vendors, but the true treat will be the fireworks display that will color the town in a patriotic sea of red, white and blue.

Thunder on the Mountain at Vulcan Park is a summer tradition among many in the Birmingham area, and the fireworks display, which is one of the largest in the state, is one that you truly don’t want to miss.
